At Vantage Management Consultancy Ltd, we are launching a practical and highly relevant non-clinical skills training program for healthcare professionals—designed to support doctors, nurses, lab technicians, pharmacists and even administrative staff in delivering better service and working more cohesively as a team.

The topics selected is a result of a recent non-academic survey we carried out among healthcare professionals across the country with more than 60 respondents participating. Some of these skills are listed among the competences endorsed by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS)
